Tom says: Our biggest problem is that we educate residents and out of staters in our University and College system, and then when there are no jobs (especially in Western Mass) they leave.
dadoftwo says: Can you imagine what just the cost of new signs, advertising and paperwork will be? EVERY form, envelope and letterhead will need to be changed! Smith College and Hampshire College students must be laughing, having gone to a mere COLLEGE.
